In between finishing my last Economics assignment and my last hardware lab i finally got to level 60 with my Troll priest. It was a joyeous ocasion that almost brought a tear to my eye. After having World of Warcraft for a year i finally managed to get a level 60. A few moments later my guild leader logged on and said the guild was breaking up. Well now that wasn't any fun. So a few of people said they were going to join a new guild which was trying to get together for end game cotent, so i signed up with them (i got since everyone needs a priest) and 80-90% of the is level 60 (of the 50+ people in it) so we may start running ZG and MC soon so im happy about that).

The girl who lives upstairs just broke up with her boyfriend. She was really upset the day before last and last night she was just angry. She came down stairs just to talk to the landlord, the other tenant and myself. Not that i minded but i was up an hour later then i had planned and woke up an hour late this morning. After she was done talking she seemed to be in better spirits.

Since her breakup she has left the top door open (which all of us like). This allows the kittens that she has to wonder around the whole house now. I enjoy seeing all these kittens running around pouncing at one thing or another. A few days ago the black cat go into my room somehow. It scared the crap out of me. I was at my computer starting my normal downloads then starting up WoW for a bit when i saw something dart in the corner of my eye. I usually have my door closed when everyone else is sleeping so i dont wake them so i thought it was my imagination. I went back to wow and then heard the cat. It was at the end of my bed looking at me (with its cold dead eyes....just kidding). I went to grab it but it went under my bed. I gave up and went back to my game since we were running an instance. After a pause in the action i start looking for it again and i cant find it in my room at all. Keep in mind that my door is still closed. After awhile i hear my roommate get up so i open the door and ask him if he saw a cat. He promptly pointed to a chair where the black cat was sitting. It creeps me out to think that that cat knows a way into and out of my room with out my knowing...i hope it doesnt sleep on my face and kill me (A La Catch-22).

I have a lab 3:30 again today. There is a lab at 2:30 for everyone who usually have a wednesday lab but their student number starts with an even number, im going to see if i can get in at that time so i can head home early. I need a nap after my short rest last night.

Well I guess im out now. If something hits me (Physically or Mentally) ill let you know.

PS: sometimes i enjoy a title to a posting that doesnt have to deal with the post at all.

I have a lab starting in about 9 minutes and as i looked around the room i noticed that it is snowing again. I don't know why this always amazes me when i see snow falling from the sky but it just does. This lab is already confusing. We are writting in assembler today and i thought it wouldnt be a problem but first of all the notes for the lab were incorrect. The pages listed were not the pages need to do this. After looking through the text i was able to find the correct pages and share them with my lab partners. I hope the prof helps us with this so i wont have to be here longer then an hour. I need to head up to my old office from the summer to help some people there with some problems. I wonder if ill get paid hrm...

Anyways the prof is about to walk in and i dont want him to notice im bad mouthing his lab notes. Ill update again when i get some free time.

I laughed at this

A Canadian, a American, a really hot chick and an old lady are on a train.

They're sitting there quietly untill the train enters a tunnel, and for some reason the lights dont come on.

Now its a long tunnel and after a few minutes of sitting in the dark, everyone hears a LOUD "SLAP!"

Sure enough when the train finally exits the tunnel, the American has a huge red slap mark on his face.

Now the old lady sees this and thinks: "That poor young lady, That American must've grabbed her knee and she slapped him"

The hot chick sees the slap mark and thinks: "That poor old lady, that american must've wanted to grab my knee but grabbed hers, and she slapped him!"

The American is thinking: "That DAMN Canadian must've grabbed the hot chicks knee and she slapped me by mistake"

The Canadian meanwhile is sitting there thinking: "Boy I hope there's another tunnel so I can slap that American again"

2 posts in 1 day? Wow

So im doing my CS2813 homework and my prof has re-assigned problems from previous assignments but we have to do them a different way. I am very thankful for this. We had a question from assignment 2 (i think) and it involved grey code. At the time i just kept looking about it and i couldnt figure out how it worked. Now that i look at it i just think "Wow im an idiot" it so simple now. I hope when im studying for my midterm that this is also the case. Well back to my work.

Oh If you havnt heard yet Arrested Development isnt "Offically" canceled but that notice could be coming at any day. It had 2 great season (i only say 2 since the 3rd isnt done yet even though so far it has been great). So catch it while you can. Its returning in December.

Over 2 weks Wow.

So iv has been a little busy over the past while. Well not really that busy since midterms ended i just kept getting distracted so i havnt updated.

I formatted my computer yesterday. I got all my drivers and updates all done now and things seem to be running much smoother now so im greatful for that.

Not to much has been happening around here latly so i dont have to much to comment on. I have some homework i want to get done now so this is a very short post. Maybe i will post again in a few days. I hope to post sooner then another 2 weeks :)

Midterm Anxiety

Im on campus now trying to cram more information into my head before my next CS midterm. I wish i knew the Pumping Lemma better though. For the most part you just do the same thing for each question, try to prove by contradiction then prove that you can't so it must be true. Anyways I heard this isn't the last class that deals with proofs...yay...

Not for the first time i am writting this update in retooled computer lab on campus. With small (i dont know what they are called, im use to towers but these "towers" are the ones that are laying flat) and the nice 17-19 inch monitors. I love this lab.

I can't wait for tomorrow. Jordan, Stefan, and myself are hoping to finish X-men Legends. I hope we can beat it tomorrow, we only have 1 mission left and unless its as long as the first mission in the game we should. Next weekend im heading home for some long needed rest and relaxation. I plan on taking Indigo Prohpecy home with me to play and (i hope) beat. From what i saw of Stefan playing it (and Jordan telling me about it) it will be really awesome. I played it for a little while when Jordan drop it off at my place and i was impressed.

For my spare time recently iv been playing some of my old Gameboy Advance games. I just finished Zelda yesterday (or the day before i cant remember) and beat the four swords dungeon (which might i add was creative in the way you have to solve some puzzles). I hope to finish pokemon crystal next (I took a break from it because i got tired of leveling my pokemon up). After that i plan to finish my golden sun (1 and 2) and we shall see from there. Maybe then George R.R. Martins next book will be out.

I just took a look at amazon and saw that Martin's next book is due out in 5 days. Hurrah! I will have to stop in at chapters next week and get it before i head home.

This one goes out to Nathan. I'm sure hes fuming about me and possibly Jordan about reading Steven Ericson(sp?). Everytime i sit down to try and read it i can only down a few pages of it 10-20 (if that). I'm sure it is a good book but i just can't seem to get into it.

Well another thing that has just popped into my head. I see that Civ4 has come out (or just about to) and i will need to pick that up sometime in the not to distant future. Also Battlefield2 Special Force comes out in 3 weeks so ill probably wait until then to pick it up. We must be starting the christmas rush for games or something.

Well that is all for now i better get back to studying for that midterm.
